How to deal with engine flameout, lack of power and engine failure reported by the instrument panel in the process of vehicle driving?

The engine pressure demand is not less than 0.8MPa (the gas intake pressure is different for different engines)
How to deal with the outlet of the cylinder safety valve always in the exhaust state?
Check whether the pressure gauge of the cylinder exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve (see valve tag for the setting pressure)

How to deal with gas or liquid leakage at the stop valve of cylinder?
1. Wear dry gloves (beware of cold frostbite);
2. Close the globe valve;
3. Tighten the small nut in the middle of the hand wheel with a 10 mm open sleeve wrench (do not over tighten, the subsequent valve opening and closing resistance is large);
4. Open and close the hand wheel several times, then keep the valve opening, observe whether it is still dripping or not;
5. If still leakage, replace the stop valve cover assembly.
How to deal with gas and liquid leakage at cryogenic filling nozzle?

How to deal with the problem that the LNG level in the vehicle instrument panel is not displayed?
1. Check the indicator light of liquid level transmitter;
2. If the red light is not on and the liquid level transmitter is not powered on, check whether there is any problem with the power supply of the whole vehicle to the liquid level transmitter circuit. If there is no problem with the power supply, replace the liquid level transmitter;
3. If the red light is on and the green light is flashing, use the configurator to configure a new memory cable for replacement test. If the liquid level of the replaced memory cable is displayed, it is caused by the memory cable fault;
4. The memory cable fails to display the problem. Replace the liquid level transmitter to test whether the fault can be removed;
5. The fault can not be solved. It is necessary to check whether the signal of the level sensor is normal.

Gas leakage fault reported by vehicle instrument
1. To test whether there is leakage at each interface of the cylinder by soapy water, and deal with the leakage point in time if there is leakage;
2. If there is no leakage point in the test, it is the gas alarm probe failure.
